WMC Inc. is a professional homeowner association management company, in business
since 1978, on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe, California. Besides working
with the Board of Directors and attending to numerous association duties, which
are necessary functions of a professional association company, we also provide
many services for our permanent and second homeowners.

WMC, Inc. Has A New Owner!
As of January 1st, 2006 we have stepped down as owners of WMC, Inc. and Aidan Miles assumed the position as owner and President. Aidan grew up living at Chinquapin, worked for WMC during the summers of his high school and college years, joined the corporate world for some time and then came on board with WMC in 2004. Unplanned circumstances dictated our early departure and we remain at WMC through this fall to ensure a smooth transition of duty. Dan and I want to thank all of the members and the Board(s) at Dollar Point for the last 10 years of relationship and assistance. We will always have fond memories of our association with the members, our supervisor Marijane and all the wonderful young summer employees who help make Dollar Point the great summer experience that it is today!
