What is my username?

Your username is your Dollar Point address including the street number and street name but not including a space or the distinction of drive or street. For example, the username for 100 Main Street would be 100main or the username for 2456 Generic Drive would be 2456generic.

How do I update my member directory listing (ie Phone/Address/Email)?

Log in to the Dollar Point HOA website. After you log in, a black bar will appear at the top of your internet browser window. On the right hand side of this bar, you will see the message ‘Howdy, username’. If you roll over this area, a dropdown menu will appear. Click on ‘Your Profile’. This will take you to a page where you can update your member information and reset your password. Make sure you click the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page when you are done.

How do I change my password?

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

Click here, and an email will be sent to you to reset your password (if you have an email on file with the management office).
