We’re excited to announce a new and convenient way for Dollar Point Association members to request party reservations at the Beach or Pool areas — online through the DPA website!
Here’s how to submit your Party Reservation Request:

Log into the DPA website.

Click on “News and Events” in the main menu.

Scroll down and click on “Party Reservation Request.”

Fill out the form with your personal information and party details — including the date, time, location, number of guests, and more.

Submit your request!
You’ll receive an email confirming that your request has been received. A DPA staff member will follow up to review and confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you may drop off your payment and/or security deposit at the office.
We’re happy to offer this streamlined online option so you can plan your event with ease — no need to stop by the office to get started!

Luau at Lake Tahoe
RSVP FOR LUAU AT LAKE TAHOE!
Dollar Point is excited to start the summer with Luau at Lake Tahoe on June 21st.
When: Saturday, June 21
Where: Dollar Point Pool Lawn
Who: Big Blue Q
Tickets:
4 & under: Free
5 – 12 year olds: $7
13 & up: $15
Refunds up to 8 days before the event
Hours: Gate opens at 4:30pm, Food served at 5:00pm, No Entry after 6:00pm.
What: Enjoy a meal from Big Blue Q while listening to the ukulele and watching Hula dancers. Rumor has it we have a special guest appearance from Moana. And don’t forget to wear your favorite Hawaii Shirt!
RSVP: You must use the link or QR code to RSVP by June 13 at 5pm. One member in your group must present a Dollar Point ID card when you check-in. This is a member and family event.

Green Waste Dumpster Days
Green Waste Dumpster Days are this weekend!
When: Friday, May 23rd and Monday, May 26th
Time: 8am to 2pm (NO DUMPING before 8am)
Where: Beach Parking Lot
Please bring your DPA ID Card with you for the Firewise volunteers to record data.
This event is Green Waste only! Try to reduce the use of plastic bags, if you can, wrap your debris in tarps, or use garbage cans or collapsable yard waste containers. Reusable bags can be checked out of the office beginning April 28th.
As a reminder, there is NO DUMPING without DPA staff present. The staff move quickly and safely to keep lines to a minimum.
The event will end early if all the dumpsters are full prior to 2pm. Firewise volunteers will advise you during each visit.
Buoy & Beach Rack Applications
The 2025 Buoy & Rack packet has been mailed out. All items will need to be postmarked by Monday, March 10th for the Lottery that will be held on Monday, March 17th. In addition to the completed packet, the office must receive the boat insurance (if applicable), boat registration (if applicable), and separate checks/online payments for all items in order to participate in the lottery. All items need to be postmarked by March 10th or received by the office by March 14th.
Members are able to apply through the website under the Boating tab and Beach tab as well as pay for the buoy session, rack spots, or the shuttle service fee. Please note that all prices include a 3% transaction fee. You must pay twice if you are signing up for more than one session or two rack spots.
Pay Annual Dues
The 2025 Annual Dues are $1,360 and you can remit payment by check or through the website.
To pay through Dollar Point’s website, go to ‘My Account’ and click on the ‘Pay Annual Dues’ button. The total includes a 3% transaction fee.

If a bear breaks into your home, report the incident to CA Department of Fish and Wildlife by phone (916) 358-2917 or online apps.wildlife.ca.gov/wir. Incidents must be reported so officials can monitor bear activity and relocate troublesome bears.
