Annual Meeting
Dear Members,
Your Election Packet was mailed to you last week and included the McClintock Financial Statement. In the meantime, please review the enclosed documents as there are items that require your attention.
Please note, there is a 2021 Proxy Ballot enclosed. The Board recommends you complete and sign Proxy A and vote for its recommended slate of 3 candidates on the back. Candidates are Pamela Galy and Scott Rodda, incumbents, and James Donahue, an attorney who has the background and experience to speak to the many legal issues that can arise in a non-profit such as ours and who can act as a liaison for the association on matters where outside counsel has been retained. The three candidate statements are enclosed herein.
Please also note, we are serving a nice dinner following the meeting, catered by Fox and Hound, a Tahoe restaurant since 1991. We hope you will enjoy this delicious meal. Reservations are required. Your packet contains a 2021 Buffet Form which must be returned by July 26th but the caterer would very much appreciate it if you return the reservation form at your earliest convenience.
Thanks to all! We are looking forward to seeing you at the meeting.
Sincerely,
The Dollar Point Association Board of Directors

Dollar Point ID Cards
A reminder before Memorial weekend that one person in a group will need a valid Dollar Point ID card in order to enter the facilities. Members and family members described in the rules and listed by the member on the family listing may obtain an ID card. If you appear without your Dollar Point ID card, entry will not be permitted. Dollar Point ID cards issued in previous years are still valid, you will not need to replace them.

ID cards are created in the office at the pool, every person who wants a card made will need to bring valid proof of identity.
If you need an ID card or need to update your family member listing, please call the office 530-583-4487 or email info@dollarpoint.org
