Committee Charter:Investigation and development of Dollar Point Beach and Pier improvement and maintenance plans. Recommend improvement plans and maintenance to the DPA Board. Implementation of approved plans via members and contractors.

2026 Goals:

Short Term: plans submitted, expect implementation in phases

  • Install a water bottle fill station at the beach
  • Easy access to pier via golf kart
  • Seasonal accessible restroom

Long Term: exploring alternatives and timelines

  • Expanding buoy field to accommodate more boats
  • Shuttle on the big weekends to run throughout the neighborhood to alleviate parking congestion
