Committee Charter: Investigation and development of Dollar Point landscape plans in cooperation with contractors. Recommend landscape plans and maintenance to the DPA Board. Implementation of approved plans via contractors.
2025 Goals:
- Spring Maintenance: grounds cleanup, open/test irrigation for season, evaluation of fence damage and repair as needed
- Update bark as needed
- Repair small retaining wall next to the tennis court gate near the club house
- DPA entry landscape upgrade (dependent on entry master plan and implementation timing)
- Other items may be identified during spring walk through inspection
