Cailin Jope was hired as assistant manager in March 2020 at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. Today, she serves as our DPA Manager. Cailin was a competitive water polo player and swimmer in college (if you ever need an extra team member for the Trans Tahoe, do not hesitate to ask her.) She spent summers working as lifeguard at Folsom Lake then as the Recreation Director for Hansen Management. During the winter, she worked in the payroll department at Northstar. Cailin wants you to know her favorite food is ribs and to please bring her some! Cailin is an amazing employee. Cailin is a Red Cross instructor for lifeguards and first aid and can certify DPA employees. She also has mighty fine people and computer skills and the Board is appreciative of her great work.

Jacob McCoy was hired as the Assistant Manager in January 2022. He’s enthusiastic about serving the Dollar Point community. Jacob served honorably in the U.S. Air Force, working in information management. Then he worked many years in state and national parks throughout the west – in management, natural resources, education, law enforcement, and maintenance. Jacob has a real passion for the outdoors. He was in the boy scouts growing up and spent a lot of time hiking and camping in the Appalachian mountains. You can usually find him after work hiking around the lake. If you have a favorite hiking or swimming spot, make sure to let him know.
