Dollar Point buoys are available only to the membership of the Association. There are no rental buoys for the public or for commercial use for rental properties. Dogs are not permitted on the Dollar Point dinghy.
The Lottery for the buoy field was held on March 16, 2026.
Members who are not on Dollar Point’s buoy field but are using an Edgewater buoy may use the Dollar Point shuttle for a $200 fee.

Last Day to Apply for the Lottery!
Today, Friday, March 13th, is the final day to apply for the boat and beach rack lottery! Applications can be dropped off at the office until 4pm or submitted online.
2026 Buoy & Beach Rack Packet
The 2026 Buoy & Rack packet has been mailed out. All items will need to be postmarked by Monday, March 9th for the Lottery that will be held on Monday,
Beach Rack Closes on November 1
The beach rack will close for the season on November 1, 2025. Any paddleboard, kayak, or other equipment stored on the beach rack that is not removed by November 1st
