The beach rack will close for the season on November 1, 2025. Any paddleboard, kayak, or other equipment stored on the beach rack that is not removed by November 1st will be removed and impounded at $200 per day and the owner will be excluded from the following year’s lottery. Storage over the winter is not permitted on DPA property.

Parking Lot Paving
Dear Members,
On Friday, September 15th, Blacktop Sealing will be repaving both the beach and pool parking lots. Blacktop will return on Monday, September 18th, to install wheel stops in both the beach and pool parking lots. All vehicles must be off the areas to be serviced by 8:00 am on Friday and cannot return until end of day Monday. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON SEALED AREAS FOR 48 HOURS. This means that both the beach and pool parking lots will not be available for use for the weekend of September 16th & 17th. You may walk on the sealed areas 4 hours after the seal is placed, roughly 9:00 pm on Friday.
Both the beach and pool facilities will be open during this work.
Thank you for your understanding,
Dollar Point Association
Annual Meeting Packet Correction
The Annual Meeting packet that was mailed out at the end of June contains an error on the voting page of the proxy ballot. It incorrectly asks to vote for three (3) Board members, the correct number is four (4). Please find the corrected packet below.

Update ID Cards
Over the winter we switched to a new check-in system and unfortunately not all the barcodes for the photo IDs transferred over. We encourage all members who haven’t used their ID cards since last summer or whose cards aren’t scanning properly to stop by the office so that staff can test the cards and correct the issue if needed.
Summer’s Here!
Beginning on Saturday, May 28th there will be gate hosts down at the beach to check members in. You must present your Dollar Point ID card to the gate host for access to the beach and the pool. Please remember that the cardholder must be present, using another member’s card without that member being present will not work. All ID cards from past years are still valid. If a card is having trouble scanning, bring it by the office where we can fix the issue. If you do not have an ID card, swing by the office to get one made!
