1st Late Fee – Annual Dues
The 2023 annual dues that have not been paid by 4/1/23 will be assessed a $300 late fee on top of the $1,200 dues.
Pool Opens
The pool will open on Monday, May 22nd from 9am - 5pm. 9am - 11am will be adult lap swim and 11am - 5pm will be open swim.

Gate Host Begin
Gate hosts will check for photo IDs at the beach on Saturday, May 27th. Visit the office by the pool if you are in need of a photo ID.
Pool Hours Change
The pool will be open from 7am - 7pm until September 5th. 7am - 11am is adult lap swimming 11am - 7pm is open swim
